Rules & Regulations

Registration fees are non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refund will be provided under any circumstance.

The name provided during registration will be used on the certificate. No name changes will be accepted after registration.

Medals and certificates will only be awarded to runners who complete the race within the official cutoff times.

If you have any medical issues, you are strongly discouraged from participating. Organizers will not be responsible for any accidents, health problems, or unfortunate accidents during the race.

Disqualification Rules

Using a vehicle or bicycle to cover any part of the course.

Taking shortcuts or deviating from the marked route.

Displaying unsportsmanlike conduct or harassing volunteers/staffs.
4
Participating with someone else’s bib.

Organizer's Rights & Event Changes

The organizers reserve the full right to modify, change, postpone, reschedule, suspend, or cancel any part of the event, including the race route, race schedule, venue, start time, categories, cutoff times, race procedures, kit collection schedule, or any other event-related arrangements, whenever deemed necessary due to operational, safety, weather, government, venue, or other circumstances.

The organizers' decision regarding any such change shall be final and binding. Participants shall not be entitled to make any claim, demand, or complaint against the organizers solely due to any such change or decision.
