Race Kit Collection Policy

1. 1

   Race kits will be distributed before race day on the date(s) announced by the organizers. Participants must collect their race kits within the scheduled collection period.

2. 2

   Participants may collect their own race kits or authorize another person to collect the kit on their behalf by providing a written authorization letter.

3. 3

   No race kits will be distributed on race day under any circumstances. Participants are solely responsible for collecting their race kits on the announced date(s).

4. 4

   Any uncollected race kit after the scheduled collection date will be considered forfeited, and no claim or request for collection will be accepted after the scheduled collection period.
